Nepal, Between Sky and Earth
€1495 per person
Nepal, nestled in the heart of the Himalayas, is a land of breathtaking landscapes, cultural diversity, and fascinating ancient traditions. Bordered by India to the south and China to the north, it is dominated by the majestic peaks of the Himalayan range. This captivating country enchants both travelers and adventurers, offering a unique contrast between the vibrant chaos of Kathmandu, its capital, and the serenity of its rural villages.

Blending spirituality, natural beauty, and warm hospitality, Nepal is also home to the world’s highest peak, Mount Everest, and serves as a crossroads of Hindu and Buddhist influences. A destination that invites exploration, promising both spiritual enrichment and awe-inspiring landscapes.
In early April, we carried out a scouting trip to Nepal and Bhutan to select the best hotels and the most extraordinary activities. It was a journey out of time, allowing us to fine-tune the itinerary we are offering you. A summary of the trip can be found on this page.

Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu
Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu. You’ll be welcomed by our local team and transferred to your hotel. Depending on your arrival time, your first immersion in the city will include a visit to Swayambhunath, one of the oldest and most sacred Buddhist stupas in Nepal, also known as the “Monkey Temple”. You’ll also explore the historic Kathmandu Durbar Square (UNESCO-listed), followed by a stroll through the lively old market area. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.
Day 2: Exploring Kathmandu
A day dedicated to spiritual exploration. The morning begins with a visit to Kopan Monastery, perched on a hill overlooking the Kathmandu Valley—home to many monks studying the path of wisdom. Next, you’ll discover the majestic stupa of Boudhanath, a sacred site for Tibetan Buddhism surrounded by monasteries, prayer wheels and colorful prayer flags. In the afternoon, visit the Pashupatinath Temple on the banks of the Bagmati River, one of the most important Hindu pilgrimage sites in Nepal. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.
Day 3: Bhaktapur and drive to Nagarkot
Early morning departure towards Bhaktapur, one of the best-preserved medieval cities in the valley and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You will discover its majestic temples, artisan workshops, and unique atmosphere. After a traditional lunch, we head to Telkot where we begin a 2 to 3-hour hike through Tamang villages up to Nagarkot. This scenic trail offers a glimpse into rural Nepali life, including a stop at the peaceful Jalpa Devi Temple and encounters with local farmers in traditional villages. Arrival in Nagarkot, a hill station perched at 2,200 m, renowned for its breathtaking Himalayan views. Check-in and free time to enjoy the surroundings. Overnight in Nagarkot.
Day 4: Changu Narayan, Namo Buddha and arrival in Patan
Morning drive to Changu Narayan, a historic temple dedicated to Vishnu and considered the oldest in Nepal. Then continue to Namo Buddha, a sacred Buddhist site tied to the legend of Prince Mahasattva, who offered his life to a starving tigress and her cubs. The monastery sits atop a hill with sweeping views of the valleys below. In the late afternoon, arrive in Patan and settle into your hotel. Overnight stay in Patan.

Day 5: Patan, Pharping and Kirtipur
Begin the day exploring Patan, also known as Lalitpur—the “City of Beauty”. Its Durbar Square is rich in temples, monasteries and Newar craftsmanship. Then head to Pharping, a revered pilgrimage site where Guru Padmasambhava is believed to have attained enlightenment. On the return to Kathmandu, stop in Kirtipur, a charming hilltop town with breathtaking views over the valley. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.
Day 6: Conference, Thamel District and Traditional Dinner
Meet with a specialist in Buddhism and Hinduism for an insightful conference. The afternoon is free to explore Kathmandu at your own pace or go shopping in the lively Thamel district. In the evening, enjoy a farewell dinner in a traditional Newar restaurant, accompanied by music and cultural dances. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.
Day 7: Final Departure
After breakfast, transfer to Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) approximately 3 hours before your flight.

Three Ways to Experience a Unique Journey
If you wish to extend your stay, we also offer a one-week trip to Bhutan, Nepal’s neighboring country. The flight from Kathmandu to Paro takes just 1 hour and 15 minutes. On this page, you’ll find all the practical information about this journey to a kingdom that remains protected from mass tourism, where Gross National Happiness is valued above economic growth.
If you’d prefer to stay a few extra days in Nepal, we also offer tailor-made extensions based on your interests (sightseeing, trekking, etc.). Contact us by email, and we will take care of all the arrangements for you.
We offer three options to choose from: a one-week stay in Nepal, a one-week journey through Bhutan, or the full experience combining both trips over 14 days. For those choosing the Nepal + Bhutan option, the internal flight between the two countries is included in the price. Below, you’ll find all the practical details and pricing for each of these packages.
