Once Upon A Time… Pamporovo, a green oasis in the heart of the Rhodope Mountains. Pamporovo, located 250 km from Sofia, is a ski resort in winter but, they also offer a dozen or so other activities during the summer months: mountain hikes for all levels, visits to extraordinary natural places (caves, etc.), rock-climbing, bike treks, all sorts of sporty activities (running, fitness… all in the clean mountain air!)… And that’s without mentioning the pool, steam baths, sauna, massage, and the likes, that the station offers.
We’ve concocted a fantastic program that blends hiking, yoga classes and fabulous moments of relaxation in a 5-star hotel. In fact, our home base will be the Perelik Hotel, the most prestigious hotel in Pamporovo. Even if the sporty side of things is an integral part of this trip… imagine a pool, a gym and a spa at the end of a long day of hiking… I’d call that an extra layer of well-being.
Your holiday starts on Friday, August 4 and ends on Friday, August 11. We’ve already concocted a program for the group trips, which we think you might like:
- 08.00: yoga class
- 09.00: breakfast
- 10.30: mountain hike (between 3 to 6 hours, depending on your physical abilities) and/or other excursions
- 17.00: yoga class
- 18.00: chill-out (pool, steam room, sauna…)
- 20.00: dinner and other activities (bowling, long conversations by the fireside…)

And on the last day, before leaving Bulgaria, a guided tour of Plovdiv will allow you to discover one of the oldest cities in Europe. And to bring Bulgarian specialties back to Belgium!
Hotel Perelik
Hotel Perelik is ideally located in the center of the ski resort of Pamporovo. It offers recently renovated rooms, a restaurant that can accommodate up to 400 people, a bowling alley, a tennis court, a children’s club,…
But the strong point of the Hotel Perelik remains its spa called Body and Soul, with a semi-Olympic swimming pool, several saunas, steam rooms, jacuzzis, shower rooms… Several massage therapists offer you over thirty treatments and massages. Practical information
The trip this summer 2023 will take place from Friday August 4th to Friday August 11th. We take care of everything: we collect you at the airport and you don’t have to do anything until your return! These are guaranteed to be amazing holidays because our groups are consistently fabulous!
If you prefer travelling alone, or with a bunch of friends or your partner, we’ll be by your side to make things as easy as possible by helping you put together the trip of your dreams. All you need to do is decide on the length of your trip, the number of people who’ll be joining you and what program appeals most to you… we can even tweak that too, if you’d like. That’s it! We take care of all the nitty-gritty for you: transportation, guides, visits… Contact us, we will be delighted to help you.

Day 3-7: Pamporovo
- Morning: yoga class

Day 8: Bachkovo, Sofia and return
- Departure from Pamporovo, in the early afternoon.

The hotel also houses a huge congress centre, with 6 conference halls, including a multifunctional hall with 750 seats. All together this allows for a capacity to seat 1000 visitors.

Un séjour idyllique avec une nature époustouflante! Un groupe fantastique, relax , ouvert, aidant , compréhensif. Ce genre de vacances sans obligations , relax quoi ! Et puis on en revient et on veut déjà repartir! Merci Éric à refaire !

Je partais, mais je pense que tout le monde aura le même sentiment, je partais, donc en terre inconnue…
Non seulement, la Bulgarie, puf! connais pas! à part le vin, point positif.
Je me demandais: « et les autres, ils vont être comment? sympas? bizarres? sportifs? attachants? cultivés? drôles?, pas comme moi? » Eh bien OUI, ils étaient tout cela et c’était vraiment bien. Une semaine riche en rapports humains, mais pas que… Parce que les muscles ont bien morflé: deux heures de cours quotidiens de yoga en plein air, nous connaissons tous Eric et ses compétences comme professeur dur mais juste. Et 4 heures de randonnées en montagne et des longueurs à la piscine
Cela pèse lourd dans la balance à la fin de la semaine. Heureusement, Eric et sa complice Rosi nous ont trouvé un hôtel 5 étoiles avec sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, etc.. le rêve, quoi.
Ce voyage restera dans mon cœur parce que j’y ai découvert des gens merveilleux. Des paysages époustouflants, une organisation parfaite.
La banane chère à Eric était en permanence sur nos visages !

Cette semaine de stage de yoga avec Eric m’a procuré un bien-être infini, autant physique que psychologique.
Les Rhodopes ont le charme de la flore de mon enfance, sauvage et préservée. Les randonnées sont adaptées au rythme de chacun (plusieurs groupes), et les cours de yoga sont prodigués matin et soir au grand air, sous l’œil bienveillant d’Eric. L’entente entre les participants du groupe a été cordiale au point que nous continuons à communiquer et nous voir régulièrement… bref, ce stage est une vraie réussite, et je compte fermement y participer à nouveau dans un proche avenir. MERCI POUR TOUT, cher Eric!!
